What it asks about

The questionnaire covers organizational controls — AI policy, inventory, ownership, vendor review, SSO and MFA, logging, and incident response — and then, for each AI system: what data it can reach, what it can do, how autonomously it acts, how it authenticates, whether it is logged, and what contractual protections are in place.
