AI Security & Control

See what your AI can access.

AI security starts with visibility. FlashTower shows which AI tools and agents touch your data, what they are allowed to do, what changed, and what needs a human decision — without taking control of your systems.

The problem

AI adoption moved faster than AI oversight.

Most organizations cannot answer three basic questions: which AI systems are in use, what they can reach, and who approved it. FlashTower helps you answer all three.

Assistants in the inbox

AI tools connected to email with OAuth can read, draft, and send on an employee's behalf — often granted in seconds, never reviewed.

Documents in chat windows

Contracts, patient notes, and financial records pasted into AI tools whose retention and training terms no one has read.

Agents in the codebase

Coding agents that run commands and push changes, sometimes with credentials that reach production.

Automations with authority

Agents that can issue refunds, change records, or modify permissions — acting without a person approving each step.

How it works

From unknown to under control.

Observe. Detect. Alert. FlashTower discovers and assesses your AI, then reports every change that needs attention. Your team stays in control.

  1. 01

    Discover

Inventory the AI tools, agents, and AI-enabled features your team enters or optional integrations pull in — with owner, purpose, and vendor.

  2. 02

    Assess

Evaluate data access, permissions, autonomy, and credentials against 53 deterministic rules.

  3. 03

    Report

Get an explainable risk score and a board-ready report mapped to the frameworks you use.

  4. 04

    Remediate

Work findings to closure with step-by-step guidance, owners, due dates, and evidence.

  5. 05

    Monitor

See what changed: new AI systems, broader permissions, more autonomy, missing owners — with alerts that say why it matters.

What FlashTower checks

53 rules across 21 risk categories.

Every rule states exactly when it applies, why it matters, how to fix it, and what evidence demonstrates the fix. Nothing is flagged without a stated reason.

Explainable by design

A score you can defend — because it isn't a guess.

FlashTower never asks an AI model to decide your risk. Scores come from deterministic, versioned rules, so the same answers always produce the same result — and every point is traceable to a finding.

Scoring model

points = severity × rule weight
critical 25 · high 12 · medium 5 · low 2

score = 100 × (1 − e−points/60)

Any critical finding → score of at least 60.

Repeated findings across systems count half as much each time.

Framework mapping

Mapped to the frameworks your auditors use.

Findings reference related controls so security, compliance, and legal teams can plan together. Mapping is not certification — FlashTower does not certify compliance.

A security company should be held to a higher standard.

We tell you exactly how we protect your data — and what we have not done yet.

  • Tenant isolation in the database

Row-level security enforces organization boundaries on every query — not just in the interface.

  • Append-only audit log

Security-relevant actions are recorded and cannot be edited or deleted through the application. Entries are kept for at least one year, then removed under the retention schedule (or when the organization is deleted).

  • No AI scoring, no training

Scores are deterministic. We do not use your data to train AI models.

  • Data minimization

Detailed free-scan answers aren't stored unless you create an account; only aggregate results (score, severity counts, industry, size band, number of systems) are kept. We collect metadata about AI systems, not their contents.
