- What do I get for free?

- What does the Full Assessment Report add?
- Step-by-step remediation for every finding, evidence checklists, framework mappings, a prioritized 30-day action plan, and a downloadable PDF. Access covers every assessment in your organization for 90 days and includes up to three reassessments so you can verify your fixes.
- Is there a free trial of Team or Business?
- Monthly and annual Team and Business plans include a 14-day trial for new customers — organizations (and owners) that have not had a FlashTower subscription before. You can cancel before the trial ends. Billing in the app shows whether your organization is eligible before you check out.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from Billing in the app; changes are prorated by our payment processor on your next invoice. Cancel from Manage subscription in Billing; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Do you offer invoicing or custom terms?
- Enterprise customers can request invoicing, security questionnaires, and custom contractual terms. Contact us to discuss.
- Is FlashTower a compliance certification?
- No. FlashTower assessments map findings to frameworks to help you plan remediation. They are not audits, certifications, or legal opinions.
